Régie Libanaise des Tabacs et Tombacs (Régie) has signed an agreement with Japan Tobacco International (JTI) to manufacture Winchester cigarettes in its plants.
"This agreement will boost the number of cigarettes produced by Régie to one million containers per year, each of which contains 10,000 cigarettes," said Nassif Seklaoui, Director General of Regie.
