Najem Development, the real estate development arm of Najem Group, the manufacturer of fine stone and marble, will open a mixed-use project 'DC Time Square' in Dhour Choueir in spring 2020.
The project will include a restaurant cluster and supermarket, as well as residential apartments.
The project is built on a 2,400 square meter (m2) plot of land, made up of three blocks. The total built-up area of the restaurant cluster is 2,000 m2. It will comprise 15 outlets.
