Apartments at Byblos Beach Village are being offered as high as $7,500 per square meter, making it the most expensive location in the country on par with similar projects in Solidere.
The prices of other Jbeil projects do not exceed $1,500 per square meter.
According to Karl Zouein, the project's architect, the prices were set because of the unique location. "It is rare to find such a location on the seashore," he said. The apartments' specifications are also luxurious.
