$2.7 billion sought for refugee crisis response.

The government has requested $2.68 billion to carry out projects under the Lebanon Crisis Response Plan (LCRP) for 2018.

The LCRP, targeted at Syrian refugees and local host communities, is divided into ten sectors: Social stability (conflict resolution), protection (children and family issues), water, health, basic assistance (mainly the distribution of cash), energy, food security, shelter, education, and livelihood (employment).
