Louis 5, a four A star hotel, will open on the Dbayeh Highway next to ABC mall in early 2018.
Investment in the hotel totals $16 million. The project is owned by the Mardikian Group, a real estate development company, and the owner of the Garden City Hotel in Dekwaneh, and White Tower.
The total built-up area of the hotel is 6,000 square meters (m2), including 15 floors and three underground floors dedicated to parking.
