Burj on Bay Hotel, owned by the French international culinary institute Le Cordon Bleu, will open in Kfaryassine, Tabarja, in May.
Investment in this five-star project is $40 million. It will have 129 sea-view rooms, out of which 11 are suites. Room rack rates will be $100-$300.
The hotel comprises five restaurants, including Signatures by Le Cordon Bleu, as well as three conference rooms, and a gym. It will open a spa in later stages.
The hotel has created around 100 jobs...
