Data Consult, a company that offers ICT solutions, fully acquired Worldnet, which specializes in workspace virtualization and Cloud solutions.
The move is part of Data Consult's strategy to expand geographically and technologically. The acquisition is a result of six months of discussions. The financial advisory firm is Creed Capital.
