Excavation works have begun on the Danco Commercial Center (DCC), a retail destination in Choueifat, expected to be completed in two years.
The project, owned by Mohammad Kassab, will be built on an 8,000 square meter land plot. It will have a built-up area of 36,000 m2 and a gross leasable area of 25,000 m2.
