Samir Hanna has been appointed as Chairman and General Manager of Bank Audi replacing Raymond Audi who has stepped down for health reasons. This is the first chairman of the bank outside the Audi family. Hanna will also keep his job as CEO of the Bank Audi Group. His term as Chairman expires at the 2019 annual general assembly of shareholders.
