Construction of a food and beverages (F&B) cluster has begun in Beit Mery. The project is a joint venture between Venture Group, a hospitality concept development company owned by Marwan Ayoub and Rabih Saba, Joseph Aoun owner of 'Le Charcutier', and Charbel Metri.
Cooperation between the parties is based on a two years development and ten years management agreement by Venture Group.
