
Régie Libanaise des Tabacs et Tombacs (Régie), the State-owned tobacco monopoly, has signed an agreement with the UK-based Imperial Tobacco Company to produce international brands 'Gitanes', 'Gauloises', and 'West' in Régie's facilities.
