Local contracting firm Abniah is in the final negotiations stage with Majid Al Futtaim to develop the Business Park at Waterfront City Dbayeh, according to Maroun Helou, General Manager of Abniah.
Helou said: "Although it is not yet completely set, the contract value is around $100 million."
