Le Gray plans $10 million expansion. Hotel building on previous good performance

Le Gray Hotel will expand its premises, with an expected completion date of early 2017.

The expansion will include 16 new rooms on the first floor, including 12 suites. It will also comprise a ballroom with capacity for 400 people, in addition to two conference rooms, a screening room, a lobby, and an international restaurant.

Investment in the project is estimated at $10 million.
