Jean El Khoury Development (JK Development) has launched construction on the Majestic Hotel in Jbeil, on the road to Blat.
Youssef El Khoury, Executive Manager, said: "The hotel will have 140 rooms, swimming pools, a gym, and a spa." Slated to open in 2017, the $20 million project, has a total built-up area of 20,000 square meters.
