Two hotels under construction by Jean El Khoury Development are expected to be operational in 2017.
The first, the Majestic Hotel, is a four-star property in Blat, Jbeil, on the road leading to the Lebanese American University. It will have 120 rooms, as well as pools, a gym, and retail spaces, said Youssef El Khoury, Managing Partner. Its built-up area will consist of 10,000 square meters.
